How long does shipping take (US)?
- 5-9 business days for most items
- 9-15 business days for *special order items
* "Special order items" are indicated on the item page, please refer to that item's page description for it's specific shipping time.
Why such a range?
Some items may be available in a local warehouse, while other items may be shipped directly from a distributor or vendor.

- You will receive an email notification once your product ships with tracking info
- In most cases, your package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, customs, and other external factors.
- Orders may not be processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holidays.
- For lost deliveries that reached the destination, please reach out to USPS and file a lost package claim before reaching out to customer service
Will I receive multiple packages?
If you order several different items, then yes most likely. Understand you may get multiple tracking numbers.
We ship ASAP, and do not wait for each item to be available. In this case, you would receive multiple tracking numbers and your packages may come from different vendors or distributors.
Packaging
Please don't be alarmed if your package doesn't say Verdazzle on it.
To keep shipping times as short as possible, please understand that you may receive product directly from a distributor (if their shipping times are shorter) or manufacturer especially in cases where we do not have stock locally.

- For lost deliveries that reached the destination, please reach out to USPS and file a lost package claim before reaching out to customer service. Understand that lost deliveries that reached the address on the order or shipments that had the wrong address from the customer that are unrecoverable may not be eligible for refund. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier directly in the event of any delivery issues that occur after shipment, and intercept or collect the item as needed.
If you have an issue with delivery:
- Package has not been delivered within the specified business days above and you have checked the tracking information provided
- Tracking information shows the package has been delivered and you have not received it
- Your package has missing or incorrect items and you have verified that you do not have other tracking numbers / packages coming.

Returns
Below are some of are common questions about returns
What is our return policy?
You have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
"Final sale" items may not be returned for a refund.
Final sale includes: Swimwear, Bikinis, Hats, Lingerie, Corsets, Festival tops, and Earrings
We do not offer exchanges, simply return (if applicable by return policy) and place a new order.
There is a $7.00 flat rate return shipping fee which we subtract from your return total. This covers return shipping as well restocking.
Before you return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging
- You must have receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- Not in accordance with our return policy
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Where are our products sourced from?
Most of the products we sell we actually have or have had in our closet at some point. For us, it's personal.
We really take pride in having picked out some of the best items from various vendors both online and off the beaten path.
Our products primarily come from vendors we've discovered online in the US, Asia, and Europe.
Quality
Like previously mentioned, most of these products have been in our closet. We vouch for their quality by being impressed enough to put it on here and showcase it.
